Belt and Ho Ho Ho are separate pieces of wood attached. Comes with one strand of C7 lights. For local delivery, everything will be fully installed. For shipping, the lights will be sent separately and you will have to install by unscrewing the bulbs and inserting the ends through the holes and then screwing the bulbs back in.
Comes with 2 metal stakes that will NOT rot in the ground.
Has an acrylic coating on the front, back and sides to protect against the weather.
